Standard Shipping –Samson Brands ships lighter items by USPS mail and heavier items by UPS or FEDEX ground service. Standard ground shipping rates apply to the 48 contiguous USA states. We strive to ship within one business day of order receipt, so if you have a shipping preference enter it in the comments section of the Order Form, call or email us..
Standard Shipping Rates –
Orders Under $100.00 will be charged $7.95 for Shipping
Orders Over $100.00 for non-Commercial products will ship for free
Shipping Charges will apply to Commercial Products – see item details
Shipping to AK, HI, GU, PR, APO or international locations require a pre-approved shipping quote. Pre-approved quotes are required when Postal Service is requested for heavier items.
Expedited Shipping is available by pre-approved quote.
Return Policy
Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase. A Pre-approved Return Authorization Number (RAN).is required. Contact Samson Brands at 203-748-9966 or email us for the RAN. All items must be packed properly and returned to Samson Brands, 95 Golden Hill Road., Danbury, CT 06811 in original condition.All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for "actual" original shipping costs and any missing items. Consumable items, such as Pressing Cloths and Bags, that have been used are not returnable
